Crime Prevention Bureau
The City of Plymouth Crime Prevention Bureau is a one officer bureau headed by Crime Prevention Officer Tony Angelosanto. Officer Angelosanto is a graduate of the Detroit Police Department two-week crime prevention school and is a member of the Crime Prevention Association of Michigan (CPAM).

Starting a Neighborhood Watch 
The Crime Prevention Bureau offers the following guide from the National Home Security Alliance to assist in starting a neighborhood watch program.

The Plymouth Police Department Crime Prevention Bureau offers such services as:
  • Information on starting neighborhood watches
  • Resident personal safety information
  • Residential and business security surveys
