Beginning Monday, April 23, parking enforcement hours in downtown Plymouth will be extended to 8 p.m. 

• The lower Central Parking Deck will be enforced at 3 hours. The upper Central Parking Deck will remain at 8 hours. 
• The 3 hour parking spaces in the west end of the Central Parking Deck (near the medical center) will be changed to 3 hour spaces as of April 23.
• Street parking will remain at 2 hours and will be enforced until 8 p.m.
• Parking longer than the 3 hour and 2 hour limits could result in you receiving a $15 parking ticket. 
• If you plan to stay downtown longer than 3 hours, suggested municipal parking lots where you won’t be ticketed include the upper Central Parking Deck, the East Central lot behind the Penn Theater and the lot at Wing & Harvey.
